Role and Responsibilities:

At Chase’s Wilmington, DE location, I worked as a member of the Core Digital team to maintain, update, and perform migration on over 12 websites in the Chase corporate web portfolio. After receiving work requests, I would evaluate the project upfront to determine whether all content needed for completion was ready before commencing work. If necessary, I would then meet with project stakeholders to review the job requirements and assist them in finalizing any missing assets.

A major portion of my routine daily responsibilities included Business As Usual (BAU) tasks, which consisted of content updates throughout the site and page build outs. Additional responsibilities included assisting with training Drexel co-op students, creating url redirects and vanity urls, and meeting with project managers and stakeholders regarding updates and page redesigns. Role and Responsibilities:

I worked as a member of the Digital Innovation And Consumer Experience (DICE) Group to develop and implement digital solutions for a variety of projects for students, faculty, and staff at Thomas Jefferson University’s Center City campus.

• Qualtrics Survey Tool:
  Using designs from the UX team, I used HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery to code out a landing page for desktop and mobile in AEM 5.6 that promoted the use of a Qualtrics survey tool.
• Jeff Prize Challenge:
  I worked in a team environment with the UX designer and AEM developer to code out the landing page for desktop and mobile experiences in order to promote a contest that encouraged students to develop research projects. Using Photosop files from the UX design team, I directly coded in AEM 6.2 using Bootstrap 3, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
• Lecture Kiosks:
  Two free standing kiosks were used to promote educational lectures throughout the education area of Jefferson University Hospitals. Working closely with UX designer and AEM developer as part of a collaborative team, I developed the final product working from Photoshop files into AEM 5.6 using CSS, HTML, and Javascript.
• myJeffHub.jefferson.edu:
  Working with another Front End Developer/AEM Developer and UX Designer under a tight deadline of 3 weeks, I developed a hub landing page for various HR intranet site. The landing page was developed with Bootstrap 3, CSS, HTML, and jQuery into AEM 6.2.

Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the content migration team, I helped revise pmi.org to be responsive using CSS, HTML, and Sitecore 8.1. I also maintained the previous production site during migration using CSS, HTML and Sitecore 6.2. Using HTML and CSS, I worked with UX and marketing to develop and update PMI events microsites, event speakers toolkit internal website, and the Business Analysts microsite, which was hosted on Silverpop. I also created documentation and testing of the Sitecore 8.1 front end development technical manual. In addition, I collaborated with UX team members to develop content for the Membership area of pmi.org and coordinated with the Marketing Department on campaign deliverables.

• PMI.org:
  Maintained previous version of site in Sitecore 6.2 during migration to newer site, eventually assisted with migration to Sitecore 6.2 and BAU of newer site.
• PMI^® EMEA Congress:
  Worked with web designer and marketing to convert design to live site using Sitecore 8.1.
• PMI^® Global Congress:
  Worked closely with UX to build site using Sitecore 8.1.

Role and Responsibilities:

Over a five year span at Lincoln Financial, I started making routine updates to the Advisor, Internal, and Third Party Advisor (TPA) portals of the site and eventually assisted in the migration of these portals into the 2014 revision of LFG.com, the main website for the Lincoln Financial Group. I was also tasked with coding micro-sites for various different clients, along with other responsibilities.

• University of Texas System Retirement Planning:
  Microsite for UT employees to assist in retirment plans. Site was intended to introduce UT employees to Lincoln Financial for various options to plan for their retirement.
• Health Retirement Plans Microsites:
  Introduction Microsites for when Lincoln Financial was brought aboard as a new retirement option. Sites where brought in 3 stages.
  • Stage One:
    Introduction content to display what Lincoln can do for the employee.
  • Stage Two:
    Retirement plan tools are introduced as well as contact info for the consultants handling the companies accounts.
  • Stage Three:
    30 day notice of microsite shutting down as well as notice site is officially closed.

Role and Responsibilities:

Worked with New Technology Director to update their client’s WordPress website, R.M. Palmer Candy Company, to become ADA AA compliant.

• Added Aria roles to give assistive technology users a way to navigate and interact with parts of the website.
• Added HTML tabindex attribute to manage keyboard focus for navigating the web site with the keyboard.

Role and Responsibilities:

I designed a website from the ground up for memag.net, a historical fencing club. This included developing the information architecture for content, wireframing, design, and creation of all graphics for the site. Over the years, I hosted, maintained, and updated the site as needed. Eventually, I redesigned the entire site, giving it a new contemporary look to better align with MEMAG’s mission goal of promoting historical fencing as a modern, competitive sport. The updated website was coded using CSS with Javascript, as well as Bootstrap to be responsive.

Role and Responsibilities:

I worked as a Content Producer to maintain the Insights section of the NYLIM website, working with an outside vendor for graphics/charts as needed for each Insight. I was also responsible for maintaining, updating, and adding the product and infographic PDFs to the website, as well as the Regularly published Perspective articles. Additional responsibilities included updating and building pages throughout the NYLIM site, training the overseas content production team in the AEM environment and creating weekly Insights email.

• Maintained the Insights section of NYLIM.
• Coordinated with the outside vendor and branding for hero images and additional graphics/charts.
• Created and published Insight in AEM 6.4.6.0.
• Updated and maintained 300 + products, infographics, perspective PDFs throughout site.
  • Coordinating time sensitive releases of new material and quarterly updates with Directors and Marketing Managers.
• Assisted with page builds and page updates throughout the NYLIM website.
• Assisted with site build of MacKay Shields.
• Trained overseas team on updating pages, building insights, uploading products, infographics, perspective PDFs.
• Created weekly Insights Email.
  • Gather content and review with the Marketing Manager for approval.
  • Updated Email template in Eloqua and auto scheduled for Friday afternoon publishing.
